ROLL CALL - Please check that your registration is listed and correct, and advise others to do the same. We are human and mistakes do occur, and we'd hate anyone to miss out. If you have a guest/s attending, please make sure we have also included them and their correct details.

PLEASE NOTE - Late registrations and orders are conditional on payment being paid directly after registration or order is placed.
Although registrations and payment for the same closed on 31 October 2017, we will still accept registrations until we meet our 500 capacity or 31 December 2017, whichever comes first. You will need to fill out the online registration form, then go to the functions tab and order your functions, then pay for both via EFT or cheque.

  • If your name is shaded, it means we either have not received payment or there was no identifying reference to attribute the payment to you. A new registration form is not required, only the payment of $50 pp.

  • If your name is shaded and you have paid, we ask that you please contact us via the enquiries tab, advising of date and method of payment, and invoice number (if known). We will contact you asap.

  • The treasurer has informed that there are several people who still have not paid their Registration fee. Some of these people have however paid for their functions/tours/merchandise. Our numbers are steadily rising to the cut-off of 500, so if you want to secure your place, can we please ask that you ensure you have paid your registration fee.

PLEASE do not ask questions of us on Facebook, as unlike the enquiries email, we may not see or find your request for a week or more. Whilst we have individual accounts, we would prefer to answer your questions via the enquiries tab.

Please note that although your name may appear on this list, registration is not finalised until payment is received.
No email will be sent on receipt of your registration form, however, you will receive a confirmation email containing a receipt from our treasurer, once payment has been made and processed through our bank.

If you are staying at a location other than the Ramada, and require transport to the Meet and Greet and Formal Dinner, would you please email Beth Howell at, advising of your location and telephone contact number. Once locations have been established, a bus pick-up schedule will be published.
